Celebrate the holiday season with this rendering of the holy night of Jesus’ birth in a Hawaiian style. Baby Jesus is surrounded by three angels that are dressed in traditional Hawaiian attire. The haku lei is a flower lei made for the top of the head and worn like a crown. A muumuu is a popular long dress for females that is commonly worn by hula dancers or on special occasions. One of our most intricate pieces, this design is a combination of four different designs grouped together. We have the jingle bell wreath (#OC003), Hawaiian angels (#OH009A, OH009B, OH009C) and baby Jesus. Altogether, there are 100 pieces of exotic wood that complete this piece.
This particular design comes as a large wall hanging and will add a unique touch to your home or office.
*The wood types used for this design vary upon availability and the photos above are examples of the different possible color/wood combinations you may receive. You are welcome to request a particular color and we will always try to accommodate your needs.
Each piece of wood is meticulously hand contoured and carefully assembled to create multi-dimensional artwork. The beauty and uniqueness of our artwork comes strictly from the natural colors and grains of various wood types. No staining or painting is involved, only an oil finish is used to ensure the beauty as the wood ages. Wood burning is used for small details such as the scales of a fish or turtle, etc. Each piece of artwork is stamped on the back with our Le Family logo.
*Please note that this is a one-of-a-kind piece of art. The shape and workmanship are exactly as shown here but because of the different grains and shapes in the exotic woods employed, there will always be some variation in color.
